CHRISTMAS IN COLUMBIA
we went to Cola. to celebrate Christmas with Grandmama Hamburger. We started out with Mass at St. Peter's then had lunch with everyone. It was a great day, as always! We only were missing 3 this year.

Each Ashby (even Hunter) got a Nintendo DS. That's all they have been playing with since Christmas morning.

Jane, Suzanne's best friend, likes to treat the boys to see Santa and have ice cream. This year Kim and Ben joined us. It's a fun tradition.

Polar Express
We signed the boys, Corey & Ella Grace out of school early and surprised them with tickets for a ride on the Polar Express leaving out of Bryson City. They were very excited. We took them 3 years ago. This year we rented a cabin and spent the night. It was a lot of fun.

Our cabin had a hot tub. The guys with their beers and the kids with their juice, relaxing from the train ride.
Ben's 3
Spencer & Thomas' cousin, Ben, turned 3 in Dec. He had a Pony Party. All the children took turns riding a pony or horse in his back yard. It took Thomas a while, but he finally took a ride near the end of the party. :) It was a fun party!

It is Official
It is now official and we cannot wait for everyone to share our special day with us. We will be married May 10, 2008 at St. Paul's Catholic Church in Spartanburg. We wish everyone a MERRY CHRISTMAS and look forward to the New Year.
He Proposed
We went to McAdenville with Adam, Mandy and Carson to see the Christmas Lights and I got the biggest surprise. Jamie asked me to Marry him.
