Twins update

I just talked to Antoinette. They had been to the doctor.
Lindsay will be 31 weeks on Thurs. Trenton & Trevor weigh
3 11 and 3 14. She's doing great and will start going to the
doctor every week. They'll be here soon.

spending time wtih Grandmama

The boys love to goto Grandmama's. She took some pictures of them while they visit. A tree fell behind her house a few weeks ago. They thought it was neat how it split the wooden fence. One day she showed them how her grandmother's sewing machine worked. They also liked trying on her glasses. Hopefully, they won't get my eyesight and have to worry about having them for a long time. They do look cute in them though.

!st Grade & 4th Grade

Here are our boys ready for 1st & 4th grade at Jesse Boyd. We are so proud of them. We know they are going to have another great year!!!

The day before school

Yesterday was orientation at the boys school. They got to meet their teachers, see their classroom, and see their friends. Thomas has Mrs. Cotter and Spencer has Mrs. Alverson (she loves Ediso like us). Thomas with Bryson and Ella Grace. Spencer with Kamryn, Kathryn, Jack, and Corey. Can you tell Jack isn't very happy to be going back to school? :) Then the kids got popcicles afterwards and ate them outside. That afternoon we went to the movies with The Barry's. Then we went over to The Harris' to swim. Chandler was the only one with them in the water. It was a fun day all around (especially finding out @baby Witkin). :)

It's a Boy!!!! 8/18/08

Baby Witkin is finally here and HE'S adorable.

Here is Dad, Philip Michael, & mom right after he was born. So sweet. He was 5lbs 12oz. So, little compared to Spence and Thomas who were over 8lbs each.

We didn't know if she was having a boy or girl. So, now I can go shopping for him. Yea!!!

Carson turns 2

Carson, my cousin's daughter, turned two. She had a little party at her grandparent's house.

She had a great party. Spencer and Thomas got to go swimming so they had a great time, too.

Mama gave her a frame with her name painting on it and we gave her a placemat to match. I love to shop at Anything Joe's. Cute stuff.

Lindsay's Baby Shower brunch

My cousin, Lindsay, is expecting twin boys. Her mom is a twin. I helped give a brunch at the Piedmont Club this morning. Here is a photo with Lindsay and her hostesses.

Spencer and Thomas can't wait to see

Trenton Charles and Trevor James. Lindsay was always so great with S&T when she babysat. I know she will be a great mom!!!!

JBE teacher breakfast

The boys go back to school on Tues. Spencer will be in 4th & Thomas will be in 1st. I'm sure I will have photos to share from the 1st day. Their Uncle Jamie thinks I embarrassed them when I do that. But, you know me. :)

I am chairing the Hospitality committee this year. We always start the year off with a breakfast for the teachers their first day back. My committee did a great job. Our theme was "Hope this year is out of this world". We had Hershey Bars with something similar written on it. Here's picture of our hard work. The teacher's were very appreciative. That's what makes being on this committee so much fun!

Cozumel 2008

Hunter and I went to Cozumel with 2 other couples from our supper club that we are in. We had a great time. Took lots of pictures, of course. One day we rented a jeep and drove around the island. We had to take a break at the "PeePee Station". Then we stopped at a couple beach bars and of course had to check out their drinks. :) We visited Senor Frogs downtown. We hung out at the Relax pool, with the iguanas. The guys threw the football and us girls read our books. We shopped downtown and found a Starbucks, yum yum!!!! We want the rest of our supper club to join us next time.
